Summary
Vecna is defeated and the party is preparing for final exams. Will has a problem, he can’t seem to relax. He’s tried pretty much everything but he can’t let go. He talks to his friends about it and they all seem to have their own ways of coping. Still nothing is working, he wishes he was like any other teenage boy, wishes his trauma wouldn't get in the way of a very natural biological function. But he just can't seem to get Vecna's visions out of his head. Enter Mike.
Mike gives Will the massage of a lifetime.

Summary
"Hellooo!" Will croons as he sets the phone down on his bedside dresser, sitting crisscrossed on his bed.
"Hi!" Mike chirps back, unable to help the lovesick smile that spreads across his face.
"Guess what?" Will says, bouncing in place.
Will bites his lip, barely concealing his smile.
"What?" Mike asks.
"I said, guess." Will huffs, rolling his eyes fondly.
Mike hums to himself, pretending to think but really just taking a moment to take in the sight of Will on his phone screen. He looks so soft. Will is wearing the same outfit as Mike's lock screen. The same plain white t-shirt and soft gray sweats. It makes Mike want to wrap him up in a blanket and hide him away in his den.

Summary
By all measures, Mike is a good alpha. He checks all the boxes, really. Protective without being overbearing, quick to step in when someone’s in trouble, careful but not patronizing. He’s loud and boisterous, sure, but he’s also earnest, and sweet, and so goddamn chivalrous it’s stupid.
It’s all so horribly infuriating, and so infuriatingly endearing.
That’s the thing about instincts. They make everything so confusing. Will knows, rationally, that all of these things are just Mike’s way of being a good friend and packmate. And yet, there’s still a part of him—a decidedly omega part—that relishes in the attention in a way he knows he shouldn’t.
Navigating teenage relationships is hard enough. It's even harder when instincts get involved.
