Summary
Letting out an annoyed huff Bellamy headed off to his room, just as he reached the bedroom door he stumbled slightly causing everything to go blurry and spin whilst his head pounded against his skull. Opening the door he pulled off his shirt and shrugged off his trousers before collapsing onto the massive queen sized bed (god he was so happy that Octavia had practically forced him to buy it) and pulled some of the cover over his legs. He did not notice the bit of blond hair which stuck out from under the pile of duvets and pillows.

Summary
What if the Ark wasn't failing? What if there never was a problem with the air at all. Ark Station will apparently make it another hundred years until they are sure the earth is habitable again.
The rules are less draconian. No automatic floating for any adult crime.
Second children are not a capital offense. They are however, the lowest of the low, a waste of air. They are given no rations or housing allotment, no education, no medical care. No resources are given to Seconds at all. And the families they came from? They are in disgrace.
When 23 year old new doctor Clarke meets Bellamy, he is a low level guard playing in gladiator tournaments to make credits to support Octavia, and is in need of medical care from Clarke's unsanctioned clinic on Factory.
The thing is, even though the Ark itself is functioning just fine, the people of the Ark are a powder keg of anger, injustice and resentment, and someone has to do something before the last of humanity destroys itself.

Summary
The fire in her eyes could burn down the entire village if that was possible. She was so angry, and she had a right to be. Bellamy felt the cold of the blade pressed to his throat, right above his adam's apple, it was a dare, a threat. But not a promise. Clarke was a giver of life, she made flowers grow in soot. She would not kill someone in cold blood. He felt a smirk play on his lips. Her grip on his shirt got tighter. Her jaw was tight and she held the blade even closer, but not close enough to actually draw blood. Their faces were mere inches apart. Bellamy let out a breath he did not know he had been holding.
“Are you done?” He said, finally. His voice was barely audible.

Bellamy Blake can't help but be annoyed when he is drawn as a member of the Selection, one of 30 people randomly chosen to come to the Royal Palace to win the heart of Princess Clarke (and become the next King/Queen). He didn't even want to be entered, his younger sister did it for him. When the Selection begins, he discovers that maybe the Princess isn't as stuck-up as he thought she would be, and he might have a lot to offer the country of Arkadia if Clarke chooses him to rule alongside her.

Summary
She would often find scratches on her hands that didn't sting when she touched them, or erratic bursts of blue that stretched down her arms like stepping stones. Sometimes they took up half her body, and were heavy and dark like the paint her father made for her with warm oil and sticks of pigmented wax, and she would ask her parents to pray with her for the stranger on the other side.
As she got older she stopped praying, but she never stopped worrying.
