For two years, Captain has been Seonghwa’s refuge, his online friend, the one that makes the world feel lighter. "Hi, may I take your order?" Wooyoung tucked his pencil behind his ear and wiped his palms on his apron, more focused on making himself look presentable than noticing who the customer was.
"I'd rather you let me into where you are so I can hide," a male voice responded.
Wooyoung frowned, looking up in confusion, "Excuse me?"
"Look, I need you to help me hide," the guy didn't look like he was joking, but Wooyoung had half a mind to laugh in his face and send him off.
However, the prospect of getting to know this beautiful person a little better seemed somehow more inviting than the former option, so he just leaned forward on his elbows and decided to humor him, "Hide from what?"
"From cameras. Just- shit, they're here- just let me in, okay? I'll hide behind your counter, and I'll explain what's going on," he rambled, wringing his fingers like he was nervous.
Wooyoung eyed the rings that glinted on the fingers of both hands, raising his eyebrows.
"Interesting."
