Keigo Takami has a lot of ambition. He's pulled himself out of poverty and flown straight into the halls of UA University, a good school with a great football team. His high school counselor asked why he chose UA when there were so many other schools, so many better schools, that would challenge his mind and also provide the full ride scholarship that he busted his butt to earn? Keigo can only smile. Yeah these other schools were a great match for him, but they all lacked one fundamental piece of the puzzle. The source of his ambition and inspiration, Enji Todoroki.
Keigo knew the guy went to UA. News outlets and magazines had been following the athlete's meteoric rise almost as closely as Keigo had. And sure, it's slightly creepy to follow a guy (who doesn't even know Keigo exists) across the country to go to the same school as him, but Keigo's intentions are pure. He just wants to exist in his world. Soak up his fiery ambition in person. Thank him for unknowingly inspiring Keigo to be more than what he ever thought he could be.
And (un)luckily for him, the admissions department decided to get Keigo as close to his idol as possible.

Katsuki is a retired Army Ranger turned Firefighter. Shouto used to strip to pay for his veterinarian school. Izuku did underground boxing with Ochako to pay for their schooling. Ochako is a vet-tech. Eri is the sweetest little secretary. Sero definitely has a side business with grass clippings. Mina is an exotic dancer. Eijiro is also a firefighter.
