Midoriya Izuku has always been a bit strange.
Anyone will tell you that he's a ray of sunshine, and fun to be around-- but they might also tell you not to feel bad if he seems to suddenly look through you with his unsettlingly pale eyes, or to refrain from asking about his family, or his Quirk. He'll always be at the Viridian Cafe, serving pastries and smiles, in the warm atmosphere of fresh-brewed coffee and cats running amok. But you may also find him elsewhere-- observing heroes' fights, or heading somewhere with a flower bouquet.
Indeed, Midoriya Izuku is a bit of a mystery, but as long as you respect the cafe and don't try to pry, the Viridian will open its doors for you, too.

Shota sneers at the teenager across from him. His defense raises like the hairs on the back of his neck as he glares steadily, ready and waiting for whatever will come from this encounter. He narrows his gaze when the teen shifts; just the thought of sharing this rooftop with Japan's most notorious villain makes his skin prickle. “Deku.”
“Y-yes!” the teenager cries out in relief, taking a small step towards Shota, “I’m Deku! I’m so g-glad you—”
“Deku,” Shota growls darkly, flicking out his capture weapon hastily to snag the villain before he can make his move. He's quick to tug it taut, leaving no room for Deku to escape. “You’re under arrest.”
“I-I’m what?! W-wait!”
tl;dr
Hero Course student Izuku comes to the realization that he is definitely not where he's supposed to be.

Summary
Usilis is a legend of the underground - a vigilante and analyst who won’t hesitate to use violence when the situation demands it.
