It’s been a few weeks since Phoenix first coughed up flowers, and to say he’s confused is an understatement.
At first, it was mildly concerning. Then it became frequent. Now it’s just part of his morning routine. Wake up. Brush teeth. Cough up something floral and symbolic, probably onto his defense files.
But the real issue isn’t the flowers, it’s how everyone else is reacting.
Maya’s practically staging an intervention. Larry’s trying to write a musical about it. Gumshoe keeps texting him flower meanings like it’s his part-time job. Every new petal comes with another round of stares, sighs, and someone muttering “Edgeworth” like it’s a curse or a prayer.
And through all this, Phoenix maintains one simple, steadfast belief:
He is absolutely not in love with Miles Edgeworth.
He’s sure of it.
