PRISMARINE ST, OCEANIA CITY - This afternoon, the Oceania Fishing Museum on Prismarine Street was victim to a violent attack from the supervillain known as Xornoth. Oceania citizens know too well the effects of their powers, and our beloved museum seemed as if it would end up the same as any of the villain’s other attacks - until a blue-and-pink-clad figure appeared in the shattered window and sent a powerful wave of water through their signature red vines.
(or, lizzie gets superpowers from eating a weird object Scott stole. as any sane person would in this situation, she decides to start fighting crime.)

Ren grins, wide and sharp. That’s one thing she likes about these nights, quiet and alone, just the two of them. He’s never afraid of her, not of what she thinks or what she could do. Lizzie wishes she could have that too, to spend a night not worrying about the darkness festering inside of her.

"It's been alright, I've already finished it… How about you?"
Ah. She'd been afraid that Joel would ask her that in return.
"…I've been managing," she replied, trying to keep her answer as evasive as possible.
"Well, then, I wish you best of luck with that."
She didn't respond. There was no "good luck" in this task — it would be a lose-lose situation either way. Perhaps she should have taken acting like a whining brat over this. It would have cost her her pride even more than it already had, as well as her chance at healing, but at least she wouldn't have to do this. But considering she chose to hit the "reroll" button at the Secret Keeper's, she really only had herself to blame for this mess.
Alternatively: Instead of having to convince the entire server to sleep through the night, Lizzie receives a much more different and personal task. As one would expect from the Life series, it does not end well.
