Catching Fire missing scene:
He says it all so firmly, as if there isn’t a point in me arguing this. So stern and serious, not my friend, Peeta, at all. “What about you?” I ask, my good leg swinging underneath the table to brush against his shin, “You’re still wearing your pyjamas.” My bare foot catches the soft material of his trousers to emphasise my point, my brows raising expectantly. To my surprise, he actually blushes, and I can’t help but feel a little vindicated. It’s not an easy feat to fluster Peeta Mellark.
Katniss and Peeta, in typical fashion, take care of each other on a wintry, desolate morn' in the village.

The first year back in Twelve, an extension of the last chapter of Mockingjay. Picks up from "Peeta, bearing a warm loaf of bread, shows up with Greasy Sae. She makes us breakfast and I feed all my bacon to Buttercup." A year of Katniss and Peeta making do, breaking down, and "growing back together." Working on the book. Baking. Hunting. "Real." Sitting around the fire with Haymitch. A birthday, a toasting. "Strange bits of happiness."
Chapter 1: Spring into summer, rebuilding Twelve, "coming back to life," up until "real."
Chapter 2: Fall into winter, "Peeta and I discuss all the things we never dared to in the last two years." A toasting.
Chapter 3: A post-toasting trip to a frozen lake.
