Summary
“You’ve really never done that before?” Sasuke asked. “Just...made a girl? You do it all the time for other people.”
“But...” Naruto was turning red. “How would that even work?” he asked nervously. “Like, I don’t know what—one of those is like or anything, so how could I—I mean, if I’ve never seen one in real life, yaknow—”
“Then I’ll show you,” said Sasuke.

Summary
“Evan—“ Tommy starts and Bucks wild gaze meets his own.
“I knew you were the worst, but I was giving you the benefit of the doubt for Eddie.” Buck points a shaking finger at him, barely paying attention to anything around him, “You’re supposed to be his friend, what this wrong with you!”
“Look just—“ Bucks barely listening to Tommy as he tries to talk again
“Sweetheart.” Eddie's voice calls out and Buck whips around and sees him standing there, looking exhausted in clothes that definitely are from yesterday and his face crumples.

Summary
Hitting the pavement hard enough to bruise the muscles in his back will never compare to opening his eyes and seeing nothing in color as he blinks the pouring rain out of his eyes. The residing pain made his arm shake from feeling the lightning go through his skin.
He could feel the vibrations and the ache in his head. His helmet was gone, and he grabbed it more out of reflex than anything else, knowing without a doubt that he needs it. Muscle memory telling him so.
But none of it compares to looking up and seeing Buck hanging there and only seeing him in black and white. The night sky behind him seems even darker, and his entire world feels like it’s halting. Freezing as the rain hits his face, but it’s as though he doesn’t even feel it. Eddie thinks that he may not feel anything at all.

Summary
“Can we go?” Chris asks the moment Buck comes fully back in the room. The silence echoing around them as Eddie stands there, Buck doesn’t look at him,
Buck nods, “If you’re ready.” Keeping that promise, and moving the moment Chris agrees. He’s not wasting any time.
But it doesn’t hurt any less to see Eddie's face as the man watches them walk out the door.
It’s an expression of heartbreak.
Buck still shuts the front door, turning away from his best friend and drives back to his loft with Chris in tow. The teenager sitting in silence in the back seat, gazing out of the window, watching them drive away.
Or Buck is there when Eddie gets caught and everything shifts.

He wanted one of his own, to have his own special person even if he didn't really understand it yet.
Or when your soulmate is told and believes something negative about themselves, the words are written on your skin.
