“What are you? A thief?” The little boy looked up at him with the biggest blue eyes. He looked scared, but kind of in awe too.
Dream sighed, running a hand through his hair. He could feel the first inklings of a headache pricking the base of his skull. Just his luck; getting caught by some kid in the house he was robbing.
“I prefer the term ‘liberator’, '' Dream said, flashing the kid a smile. The kid frowned, crossing his thin arms.
“So you are a thief.”
“And you are a very annoying little boy.” Dream didn’t look the kid in the eyes as he stuffed his bag with whatever he could get his hands on.
Or: A very tired Outlaw Dream accidently acquires a side kick named Tommy. Hijinx ensue.
