College is a difficult transition for almost all of us. Growing up, dealing with life's everyday challenges, pulling all-nighters, and in Tavros and Gamzee's cases, pining for your roommate. This is a story about growth and change and hardships and good times and hoping that in the end, things turn out alright.

Summary
While exploring the tidal pools one day, Tavros Nitram finds a beautiful seashell necklace.
Later that night, he sees a mysterious creature disappear beneath the water of a hidden sea cave.
Intent on discovering the identity of the creature, Tavros and his friends go begin an investigation of the town's local folk tales to find any hints that may lead to an answer.~~~
While swimming around one day, Gamzee Makara loses his beautiful seashell necklace.
Later that night, while searching for it, he narrowly escapes being spotted by a human.
The next day, he discovers that a human has his necklace.(Temporary Hiatus- Planned Return: November-December 2020)

Summary
Tavros is a troll who loves life, even though it has never been kind to him. When the war between highbloods and lowbloods breaks out, he finds himself at a moral conflict when he, a brownblood, dares to love the lives of his enemies. When Tavros falls into the hands of the enemy, his compassionate resolve is tested. He learns about pity and hate, but his love for life only grows stronger to the point where he can't let go. Perhaps fate is responsible for the fact that a purple highblood is the first to truly recognize Tavros's weaknesses as strengths, as they unwittingly find their other halves in each other. It is only their profound connection to one another that gives them the courage to step across the line and embark on a journey of justice, equality, and sacrifice.

Two runaways found themselves in a pair, looking out for each other, keeping each other safe.
But Gamzee always hid his body under baggy clothes and his face under thick paint, so when Tavros saw him dressing for the first time it was over six months into their relationship.And Gamzee wasn't ready for this.
