Summary
Power Rangers used to be the protection the public needed against monsters. After generations of Rangers combating said monsters, they ultimately reigned triumphant in a battle that left the world in shambles. Only one major city on the planet stood: Utopia. The fighting wasn't done, however. With the threat of monsters gone, the head officials of Utopia's government, the Committee of The National Republic (dubbed the CNR) took the large city by force. Generations of Rangers have tried and failed to stop the CNR, leading us to now. With the last energy of the Morphing Grid, the Outlaw Rangers have been assigned. Will the group of ragtag fighters prove to be the force that destroys an oppressive government, or will they fall like all the others that have come before them?
