Summary
The first thing Percy noticed when he woke up was the beating sound of his own heartbeat throbbing through his skull.
His head felt like it weighed tons, he felt his eyelids drooped desperate to close once more. Desperate to escape this hell he found himself engulfed in.
Before he could do anything he felt the sweaty hands of his long time enemy, Clarisse la rue pull him up by his forearm.
He felt bile rise in his throat, hot tears loosely fell from his eyes staining his dirt covered face.
Percy was having a good summer, how did it all go so wrong so quickly?
Or, the camp has been overrun, to make matters worse Olympus has fallen. The demigods are left struggling to survive and hide away from their own godly parents that want to keep them by their side whether they like it or not.

But when it comes to Annabeth, sure, Percy can admit he has a soft spot or two. (or seven)
