    "Mr. Sunderland, sir," came the static voice. "This is Officer Greene from the West Ashfield police department with an update on the missing persons report you filed for a James Christopher Sunderland. We concluded our preliminary assessment of the situation and have decided to open a current investigation into your son’s whereabouts. As your appointed liaison, I want to be to fully aware of the situation and make sure you understand we will put our best efforts into finding your son. Please call me back whenever you’re able so I can brief you on our process for the investigation, thank you.”

    She played it again. "Mr. Sunderland, sir-"

    And again, just to hear James's name one more time.
