    Summary

There are a few simple facts in this world.

The sky is blue, grass is green and the Gods pop out demigods like they’re being paid by the litter.

Half-blooded children have been born, have lived and have died for centuries, tempering the gods' divinities and tempers with their own inherent, mortal softness. Some achieved greatness and glory, while others only received scorn and hate. Heroes have emerged, and villains have risen over and over again in an endless cycle.

But in another world, the Crooked One’s curse prevents any child born from a divine parent to live. Should they survive their birth, they will emerge monsters, horrendously deformed and destructive.

The Fates wish to rectify the second one. After all, who would notice a few threads fraying from one tapestry only to be rewoven in another?

    Summary

As for the whereabouts of the Chancellor’s assassins, no official statement from the Jedi Council has been released except that any information regarding these two individuals be reported immediately to the authorities.

Two grainy images of their faces appear: Cal, sporting a new lightsaber burn across his face and Vos with his dreads flying loose and wild. They must have been taken from the Senate security footage.

“Did we make things worse? I think we made them worse.” Cal drags his knees up to his torso and hugs his arms around them. He continues to intently watch the Coruscant newsfeed.

…and now, we now go to Reporter Delshie on Naboo, where protests have broken out across the planet…."

Vos just takes another swig of his Corellian whisky.

Two psychometric Jedi receive an assortment of items from the Force. Each object contains echoes, or memories, that tell of a future to come. And it is a very dark future indeed…

“About ‘The Blade’? I know he shows up in ‘Haven, but I’ve never actually seen him.” Dick shrugs, “I can’t really say much about him, I don’t know the guy. But I don’t think he’s actually dangerous.”

“Tech. Techno. Baby. Darling.” Dick flops onto the demigod, who drops the axe in his hand to catch him.
    “Bruh.”
“You dropped an axe on the floor.” Dick frowns.
    “It was that or you.”
Dick wrapped his arms around Techno’s waist. “You’d never drop me.” He says, smiling up at Techno.
Techno glares at him, and he laughs. They both knew it was true.
