Ciel, taking a longer note on how she really is the last of his family, allows her to remain in his life, and eventually move into the Phantomhive Manor.
This, is where the romance slowly begins to form between she and Sebastian. While in the beginning it remained slow, it quickly picked up. Hot, intense, forbidden, and foreign. The two began to break all boundaries.
