Summary
Izuna should not even be in this region, not at this time in her cycle. Was the winter so poor that Uchiha Madara let his omega sister out on a mission so close to her heat? Is he insane? She is Uchiha. An Uchiha omega, especially one with such a developed sharingan as Izuna, is worth more gold than Tobirama can fathom.
Tobirama knows what this is, the closer she gets to Izuna. It is clear enough when she tunes into her senses, focuses on the little spots of chakra surrounding her. Some are also omegas. They run alongside Izuna, not to harm, but to escape. Most are also in heat. At a further distance is a group of alphas, closing in.
They are hunting.
Tobirama is glad she sensed Izuna. She does not intend to leave a single alpha alive.

Summary
Tobirama has always had a problem with his scent.
Or rather—everyone else has had a problem with it.
When they were at war, it had been a significantly lesser point of contention. Not many had the time, nor the energy, to focus on how a shinobi smelled among the putrid tang of blood and rot that so often overtook the battlefield.
Toka had even called it a positive, once. “It must be quite jarring,” she had said, “To look over and see your clan slaughtered, surrounded by the smell of vanilla and caramelized sugar.”
Right.
