    Summary

After seventeen winters, Eivor is desperate to bury her axe deep in Kjotve the Cruel's throat. King Styrbjorn seems to have other priorities, such as marrying his son to a rival clan's noblewoman and building alliances against King Harald to the north. Eivor paid little attention to the politics surrounding the Ravens until Sigurd's bride arrives in Fornburg and challenges everything Eivor values.

Based in Quantico, Virginia, The F.B.I. Behavioral Analysis Unit (B.A.U.) is an elite group of profilers who analyze the most dangerous serial killers and their heinous crimes in an effort to anticipate their next moves before they strike again.
When Catra Delgado, makes it through the academy and into the position of her dreams, she thinks she’s finally won, beaten all the odds and come out on top. Garbage foster homes and cruel wardens are long behind her, reduced to nothing more than nightmares. After all, it should be impossible to fear the things hiding in the dark when your whole job is to hold the flashlight and shoot first if the shadows twitch. But then again, when has life ever been that straightforward? Especially when the only loose end to your whole life’s story (read: tragedy) is your coworker and former best friend, things are bound to get a little complicated. At least the rest of their team are enjoying the free entertainment.

Murder, mystery, forensics, hacking, emotional depths unknown to man (or at least Catra), families of choice, and saving the day against the racing clock are her new normal.

But for the BAU, that’s just another day on the job.

    Summary

The re-written version of the fic 'Red Sun Rising'!

Catra is a spitfire journalist investigating the true identity of a new superhero dubiously named the 'flying' girl... not knowing the person she's looking for is the dorky delivery girl from the online grocery store, who's probably maybe a little bit in love with her.

And Adora Grayson is an alien. At least... she thinks she is.

The classic Superman AU story with a few twists. Unlike what this suggests, no prior knowledge of Superman lore is needed :D this is just a fic for fun!

    ---------------------------------

Tonight, Catra wore elegant slacks that flattered her legs, a black business power jacket, and a dark red, top-bearing midriff that nearly knocked the wind out of Adora's sails. Catra was… so.

… what was Catra’s question again?

She asked if you were ready, dummy.

    Oh, right.

"Y-yeah. I am." Eloquent as ever. Adora congratulated herself on managing to respond at all without sounding like a screeching ambulance alarm.
