Summary
He’d slip out of this town in a couple months, and Hawkins wouldn’t look over its shoulder for Billy Hargrove. Steve Harrington certainly wouldn’t.
Billy would have to fix that.
OR: The one where Billy gives Steve a blowjob before he leaves Hawkins, getting him addicted to his mouth. And maybe more.

Summary
Object Permanence: (psychology) The understanding (typically developed during early infancy) that an object still exists even when it disappears from sight, or other senses.
When Steve Harrington lost his mind, the thing that struck Dustin was how normal he seemed.
He wasn’t having hallucinations, he wasn’t talking to himself, he wasn’t screaming or crying or sobbing, he wasn’t attacking random people for no reason, he didn’t start trying to hurt himself, he wasn’t rambling nonsensically in a catatonic state, or doing anything out of the ordinary.
No, he’d simply convinced himself of something that wasn’t true. -

Summary
Instead of getting there in October, Billy Hargrove rolls into town at the end of November; complete with a broken arm, a head full of stitches, and some newly-refreshed fear of his father. There he meets Steve Harrington: the preppy dreamboat who seems content with hating Billy's guts on sight and is determined to ignore him for the rest of the year. Billy's never been easily ignored, though, and Steve is about to really learn what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.

Bookmarker's Notes
The beginning was kind of rough for me, bc of the misunderstanding and all that. Get through that tho, and it gets really good.
