When Midoriya finishes cleaning the beach the first thing all might says after congratulating him is an awkward apology and the shattering of his dreams again. After All Might leaves him there on Dagobah Beach just like he left him on the top of a building Midoriya not only has his world shattered again, but now he truly is no longer calm. The rage and indignation he feels will bring him to new heights. He will make All Might eat his words if it's the last thing he'll do.

Once upon a time never happens “once”, he learned. It’s a cycle. A pretty illusion. That’s what differentiates reality from fantastical worlds. Izuku thought he broke out of this mold at the ripe age of four. And yet, it seems he’d been ignorant like the masses the whole time.
