I cant push his voice out of my head. It's ringing, looping, echoing in my brain. I hate him. His voice. His heart. His morals. His hands. His eyes. His gentle tone when he speaks to the injured. I feel averse to it all. Why cant he die? How come hes so benevolent? And I, belligerent? It's unfair.
He takes me out to dinner, gives me graciousness without asking even though I (don't) deserve it - hes too fucking amicable.
So why do I love him more than I hate him?
