Summary
PEACE IN THE GALAXY! Captain Fox’s unexpected sacrifice has toppled the Empire, but the surrender of the Imperial army is in dispute. The Imperial loyalist Marshal Commander Cody has refused to withdraw the Imperial occupation of the small planet of Naboo unless the Jedi-Rebel Alliance gives into his strange demands.
Out of desperation, the Jedi-Rebel Alliance has sent three representatives to Naboo in hopes of negotiating a peace treaty and freeing the captives in the Nabooan Royal Palace, including the puppet queen.
These three representatives include the requested negotiator and hostage Obi-Wan Kenobi; the traitorous best friend ex-Captain Rex; and a young Rebel pilot. Together, they fly to Naboo to settle the conflict - and some old scores…

Summary
Vader did not gather clones to himself, not at the beginning. At first, there was nothing inside of him except rage, no room for anything or anyone else. He was handed the Inquisitors more by necessity than any desire to lead them.
But Appo had marched on the Temple with Anakin Skywalker, and he knew something no one else seemed to. And that was that Vader and General Skywalker were not so different, for all that Vader liked to insist Anakin was dead.
Anakin had just changed, like the clones had, and Appo knew one thing in this wildly different and changed galaxy: he still followed.

Summary
War changes a person, but a clone is not a person. A clone is a weapon, engineered for obedience, and decommissioned when a liability. The Kaminoans made damn sure to carve that fact into Cody's bones. War does not change a clone.
But falling in love with a Jedi does.
