This was his idea. Jimmy had whined that Joel was being 'rude' and Scott laughed, mocking that Joel wasn't that hard to deal with. Slap him around a little, bite, push back. Scott had done it plenty.
"I could show you" Scott had said.or; Scott wanted to show Jimmy how to dominate Joel. Things don't go exactly as he hoped.

Summary
Scott had never been in an underground crypt this big before. The ones back home were smaller—long winding tunnels akin to a cave system carved out long ago—but this one? This one was larger than the entirety of Tegrith. It spanned what had to be the size of the base of the entire mountain, from what he could see. Though they had similar architecture: shroom lights and overgrown corners, they couldn’t be much more different.
AKA: the events of the stream from 08/05 (?) made even more horror esque

Summary
Seeing the corruption actually taking hold of something irks Scott. He’s seen the corruption before—it’s already begun to take over Tegrith—but not like this. It didn't layer in the air. It didn't crawl over houses and drain the colour from wildlife. It didn't make animals run away.
The corruption at home was quiet, lying in wait. It sat in shadows and under buildings. It made the towers sway and ice go black.
It didn't kill. Not yet. Not while it was so cold.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. His room was silent. The sun was bright in the sky. Aurora sat lazing in a glimmer of light on the floor. Everything was fine. Acid clawed its way up his throat.

Summary
Closer like this, Scott can… appreciate the details of Pyro's looks. Shaggy brown hair falls across his shoulders, much unlike the usual, when they put it in a small ponytail. A mole sits at the corner of his mouth, and piercing, ironically ice-cold eyes like the mountain sky stare out into space.
He looks absurdly pretty. Scott wants to kiss him.
Scott is almost knocked out of breath by the thought. It's insane, and terrible, and exciting. Fuck.
OR: Scott is observing the castle at night, and is soon joined by Pyro.
