Really liked this world created, where males could either be alpha or omegas, women are betas. 22 y.o. omega JM is the second oldest in his abusive family. His parents treat him like shit for being an omega, we learn more about his family's background. It doesn't excuse their behavior, but I appreciate learning what made them tick-nothing good. JM's sister has a beta lover and learns their recently widowed mother arranged for her to marry the much older, affluent alpha Min. Her original betrothed, died so it fell to 33 y.o. second son, YG. JM offers himself for the marriage to help his older sister be with her lover. It was the best decision he could ever make. YG sees JM's mother for what she is and helps heal him. Along, the way, they fall in love. The entire cast of characters were fun to read. Omega JK with his pair of alphas, omega Tae with JM's alpha cousin Hobi, it was cute. I liked the historical feel and the plot, a good slice of life to reread.

This was emotional 😭. I'm so happy for them and I hope he has a great pregnancy. Omega NJ has infertility issues and it's plagued him once he presented omega. It's a burden and stigma that he carried. He found love with a wonderful, caring alpha in JK. He loved NJ the person and they were blessed with a pup. Definitely rereading, the characters resonated with me a lot.

Jimin thinks of the look on Jeongguk’s face when he walked out this morning, the weight of their silenced mating bond sitting in his chest like a black hole, and the scent of sea-salt and thunderstorms coming from another omega’s bed.

Mated couple Jikook are expecting their first pup, but JM's alpha isn't satisfying the way he craves. Their intimacy takes a nosedive since JK is bad at feelings. JM assumes the worst possible option as to why his alpha won't pound him into oblivion. I liked the way it was written so much, unreliable narrator aside, you get a good sense of JM's need and their bond. Definitely rereading. Many thanks to the author

So cute 🥺🥰. I would easily read more especially on how the future date was. Pretty sure NJ's pack won't let him mess up again. Pack alpha NJ misinterpreted Jikook's interactions at an outing at a club with his pack. His pack is looking for an omega, an JK seems the perfect man for the position. 😉

Captivated by Vante's photo, Jimin is determined to apply. He gets the job.
