Summary
Severus grunted, annoyed just on principle. It wasn’t that he was being inconvenienced – not at all, really, but it still bothered him when the headmistress had Potter over. It wasn’t even him – he hated all reminders of the past, the war, the before.
All of them. His left forearm twinged and he hissed in annoyance. Potter. His arm always hurt when he thought about the brat – though he was near thirty now, he could admit without too much care. What that meant for his own age – well, he wasn’t fifty yet, and that was good enough for him.
A rap on the door had him jumping from his armchair, the hairs on his arms standing up in instinctive caution. Not fear – it wasn’t bad enough for that, but he could sense that whatever was on the other side of his door wasn’t quite right.
Wand drawn, he placed down his whiskey glass and stepped over towards the door. There was no evil or dark magic being cast – yet still, there was something out there. He cautiously opened the door – and came face to face with a familiar if terribly unwelcome smile and bright green eyes.
“Good evening, Professor. May I come in?” Potter asked, smiling.

Summary
Levi's an Omega that won't settle for less than his perfect match in a mate, and Eren's an Alpha that thankfully has infinite patience when it comes to Levi's insecurity, lashing out, and general hard-to-talk-to nature. Unfortunately for Eren, Levi knows they're a match as mates, and Eren won't know until Levi's next heat hits him. Fortunately for Levi, Eren doesn't give up on things easily, especially not on Levi.
“Then I saw you, standing there practically glowing in the sun, and I thought,” Levi paused to chuckle bitterly before continuing, “I thought, well shit, I must have been wishing too hard because my mate isn’t just perfect for me, he’s perfect full stop. I knew it from the moment you didn’t even try to challenge my authority when you scented that I was an Omega, and you remember the way I snapped at you?”
The look Eren shot him was less than impressed.

Summary
Mal was suppose to die. It was all a planned hunt, and carried out to perfection. Yet her life didn't end, for reasons nobody understands. So she continues to live a wonderful peaceful life. That is, until she gets herself involved with the events of the Inquisition, starting with the explosion.
"One has to wonder…," the slow drawn out words create enough time for Mal to close her eyes, sigh, and wait a bitter sweet moment for the disaster that she is sure is going to gush from Solas's mouth. "what does a warrior with your calibre gain by farming? Surely there are better ways to occupy your time than tending to animals and ploughing fields."
The nerve of this bastard.
