J is in crippling debt and has no money to pay Nori. What she does have however, is a little brother. Nori needs Uzi to get a goddamn boyfriend already so she can have grandbabies, so she sees N as a golden opportunity.
This is a parody of trashy romance novels like 50 Shades Of Grey where the romance is forced and both characters are so terribly written it comes off as both misogynistic and misandrist.

Mixed feelings about this one... Still does not like that it was suicide that got us the happy ending. I also think/feel that N should be more angry with Tessa and not immediately "forgiving her" i guess...? I do love the concept that Tessa got her memories back first and have been asking how N was doing. Also like the mentioning of V's fear of abandonment because she was not "with" N during their last lifetime.Wish the fic was longer... so we could see how their new life formed, also fresh-out the re:discovery of their memories and the new relationship with Tessa & J.
Though I get that that was not the point/intention of the fic.Even tough it was not my favorite fic(by a long shot), I would still rec this.
