    After a run-in with the tesseract-powered weapons of the Chitauri in New York in 2012, I thought I was dead. The reality was much worse. Tony Stark would do anything in his power to bring me onto the team dubbed "The Avengers."

    Denying this invitation, as it turns out, would be an even worse turn of fate. SHIELD, or rather HYDRA, sent their best weapon to either bring me in or take me down.

    Thus begins a years-long series of fated interactions with The Winter Soldier...and Bucky Barnes.

    At least until he meets that strange girl one night, who gives him the brightest smile he’s ever seen, and offers her a ride.
    Initially, all he really wanted was to blow off some steam, pretend that he’s just some normal guy again, until he starts to worry that you might see all of his secrets if you keep looking at him long enough with those pretty eyes…
