”What problem?” Patrick asks suddenly self conscious. That’s the last thing he wants to hear after a hook up.
“Your tuition problem.”
“Uh… you know a place I can get 50k by next semester?”
”Yeah,” Art says.
“Where?”
“Well…maybe you can work for me. I need… a pet,” Art says softly. Patrick swallows, something hot coiling low in his spine. “Someone who will be there when required, for… whatever I need.”
