Summary
Malcolm Wilkerson, born to two parents who were loving to each other. The middle child, the child with the brain and the child with the harsh expectations on his shoulders. He notices it from an early age, the way he seems to work differently from everyone. They struggle with basic literature while he can read complex sentences, he can do mental maths while they have to write the problem out. He wants to be a normal kid with normal friends but life just has a way of sticking a knife right in his back.
Or Malcolm’s struggles with his mental health, throughout his life.

Summary
Natsume deftly folded the paper, leaving bloodied fingerprints on the back of the thick parchment, and tucked it into his mouth. He clapped his hands, the crisp sound piercing the chill air, as he threw his head back and closed his eyes. The ink began to separate from the paper and flow as if carried away on an unfelt breeze. There was a flash of light, and the shadow was gone. Natsume fell back to his knees, breathing heavily.
The courtyard fell silent. The icy wind had died down, and the circle etched in the dirt had faded away.

Summary
“Hey! No saying sorry! It’s not like me taking us off the path is your fault!” Satoru forces a laugh, and when it echoes back to him, he’s relieved to hear that it sounds almost genuine. Kitamoto will probably be able to tell, but not gentle, lonely Natsume, whose distant expression seems to soften when he turns to look at Satoru.
His eyes are warm and familiar and nothing at all like the glassy, doll-like gaze he used to watch the world with. He meets Satoru’s curious look head on, like he’s searching for a map out of this stupid, creepy forest inside his eyes. A small smile twitches at the corners of his mouth, though it is miles away from happy.
“This isn’t your fault either, you know,” he murmurs as he holds Satoru’s eyes, and wow, apparently he was all wrong about Natsume not being able to tell, after all. That’s embarrassing.

Sam exhaled to steady himself again. He did some mental calculations. “Okay. I need details. Where’d she shoot him, outside the cabin? Where’d the bullet hit? Head, body? When did it happen, exactly? I need to know everything.”
That nervous look fell from Tucker’s face again, this time disbelief sat in its place. “Sam…what the fuck are you talking about?”
Sam wanted to slap him, to wake Tucker up. John would have. Instead Sam charged forward and closed the three feet of distance between them, loudly clapping his hands right in front of Tucker’s face. “Hey!” he punctuated the clap with a shout. “Focus for a second and walk me through exactly what happened.”

Sam is looking forward to spring break. Hiking, camping, relaxing with Jess and his friends sounds perfect. Until one of his friends has an accident, and comes to Sam looking for help. Maybe some of John Winchester's lessons could do some good after all...
