Summary
Soobin crawled into his nest, carrying the bag with him. Methodically, he pulled out the new clothes and began arranging them among everything else. Clothes were tucked into the footboard and under the pillows at the head of the bed. Though it was hard not to tell that the scent of alpha was by far the most prominent. The realization alone had him blushing. He looked over at the other two as he finished. He found himself settling on his knees with his hands folded in his lap. He couldn’t help himself as he asked, “Do you like it?”
“Of course,” Beomgyu said at the same time Yeonjun blurted, “Yeah.”
Soobin hated the way he preened slightly after gaining their approval. “Do you guys want to come sit?”
Beomgyu started to bound over, but Yeonjun held him by the shoulder. “Are we allowed to?”
Soobin blinked rapidly. “I don’t actually know. I’ve never had an alpha in my nest before.”
Admitting it was embarrassing. But they didn’t look appalled or even shocked. They wore soft smiles, bright and open. “We’re honored then,” Beomgyu said as they reached the bed.

Yoongi looked so… different from what Jimin remembered. It had been years since he first left the pack, of course. But, even with the short glimpses Jimin had captured over the years in the rare event that Yoongi visited his family over school vacations instead of the other way around, Jimin didn’t remember him looking like that.
Whatever. It didn’t matter if Min Yoongi had come back to the pack as a fully fledged alpha. It didn’t change anything about their past. Jimin doubted medical school made Yoongi any less of a knothead than he had been before he left.

As he dragged himself away from the display and toward the shelf where he could see the baby blue yarn it was hard to not let his thoughts wander. Because in his mind all he could see were a pair of soft supple thighs being squeezed just so by the admittedly lovely braided hem of the tiniest crochet shorts. The way when he’d raised his arms to stretch, like he’d just tumbled out of bed looking like sex on legs, his t-shirt had risen up to show just the tiniest flash of what Soobin already knew was a very toned, very flat stomach with little divots perfect for trailing a finger or a tongue down…
It was like this that he missed the person who slipped by him. The soft excuse me being puffed just shy of his ear that caused the slightest shiver to run down his spine. Soobin turned and saw a man grabbing all the baby blue yarn and tossing it into his shopping basket. A startingly familiar looking man. He was wearing more clothes than normal so it took Soobin’s brain far too long to place him. Even longer for him to jolt forward once he realized that there was no blue yarn left.

Or, Soobin takes handicrafts very seriously. And that's the only reason he doesn't like Mr. Cunty Crochet!

So the secret rendezvous with a village alpha to try it out was meant to just be innocent fun, an adventure to tell Taehyung about later. It’s pouring like crazy, which is the ideal weather for pack cuddles, as everyone knows. He’s halfway there when he hears distressed meowing coming from an alley. Being a cat hybrid himself, there’s no way Yoongi can just walk away without investigating, and what he finds is a tiny, drenched cat trapped in a drain pipe of all places. Bringing the poor animal home is a no-brainer, and it's only when the cat is fed, cleaned and dried that Yoongi realises his mistake.
He didn’t bring home a stray cat, but a homeless omega hybrid.
