Summary
Harry is the manager of IKEA's Nesting Department and an omega who no longer nests (despite his wolf begging him to do so). Louis is the hapless alpha who wanders into the Nesting Department while 'supervising' his sisters' Christmas shopping spree. When an omega who no longer nests finds his bond to his wolf weakening, the universe decides to step in in the form of an Alpha who never wanted an omega of his own -- until now. Chance meetings. Ridiculous encounters. Even more ridiculous friends. Familial chaos. And an epic nest... collide to bring them together.
(From the prompt: Can you imagine IKEA in omegaverse? The nesting section where they have all the best blankets and pillows, model nests… but then there’s an area that has alpha pheromone spray in case an omega wants the comfort but is single…)

“Okay. There are going to be some rules.”
Harry raises an eyebrow. “Rules.”
“Yes,” Louis snaps, turning to face him. “Rules. Boundaries. Lines that you will not cross.”
Harry nods, all faux interest. “Alright, darling. Lay them on me.”

"So let me get this straight. Am I going there to investigate or to be the bait?"
"Listen Louis, you are one of the best profilers. You know how to search and find clues where others fail, you are meticulous, stubborn and I trust you" Niall replied, almost reaching the limit of patience.
"And I'm gay" Louis added with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
The irony of fate.
"And you're gay" Niall repeated. "You are the perfect agent."

“I should have known.”
Harry let out a high pitched noise he didn’t know he was capable of making and slammed the book closed so hard that it echoed around the empty library. Except it was no longer empty. Harry looked up to see Louis, half in shadow, staring at him with an unexplainable mixture of emotions in his eyes. Harry stood immediately, the book falling to the floor.
“Louis … I can explain …”
“I asked just one thing of you, Harry. One fucking thing, and you couldn’t even do that. Too fucking curious for your own good.” Louis’ fists were clenched at his sides. “Go on then.”
Harry paused, confused. “Wh-what?”
Louis’ eyes narrowed. “Go on. Tell me how I don’t belong in this world and I never should have been born.”
“Louis … I don’t want to do any of that. I never wanted to abuse your trust, I just … I knew something was bothering you and then I called Liam and he told me that you were … and I just wanted to understand. (…) If I understood what was causing you this anguish, I could help.”
“No one can help me,” Louis mumbled, a tear spilling over onto his cheek.
“I can, Lou,” Harry said in a soft, gentle voice. “I’m not scared of you. I don’t hate you. I just want to help.”

Summary
The scent of salt on the breeze, the fog, the chill and the autumn.
The laughter, the lobsters, the murmur of the sea.
The glow of a lighthouse.
A wistful song sung in a pub.
The liquor, the night, the crack of a bat striking the ball.
The voice of a grandfather with countless tales to share

According to some legends, the sea is the home of everything we have lost, of what we never had, of broken wishes, of sorrows, of the tears we’ve shed.
I wonder if, down there among the waves, in all that blue, my forgotten heart is there too -Harry
