Midoriya and Shinso aren't technically siblings, but they might as well be. They're both a little sassy, both good kids in their own ways, both have mediocre but not exactly desirable quirks, and are both criminals and vigilantes and living in an abandoned housing complex, surviving off backstreet vending machines and the money left in lost wallets. Summary
After a failed suicide attempt, years of bullying, and his mother's death, Izuku Midoriya doesn't think he has any option besides joining the League of Villains. After all, foster care is no place for a quirkless kid like him. Plus, working as a hacker and analyst for the League doesn't sound like it would be too bad. But, after meeting a hurt little girl in Overhaul's headquarters, Toga and Izuku can't just sit back and take orders from Shigaraki anymore. With some careful consideration, Izuku figures a villain reformation program at UA doesn't sound horrible, even if it means having to put up with Bakugou.

Izuku Midoriya did not always hate his birthday. They were once times of glee and fond memories, (now forever tainted by poisonous echoes of fists and feet and blinding pain— oh, how Izuku wished he could forget-) of comforting katsudon and strawberry cake on soft summer evenings, with a carefree grin adorning his young, freckled features.
Not anymore.
Each July 15th after that day was met with an awakened sense of dread and terror, bottled up and near bursting at the seams as Izuku pushed it all down, numb to the world for one day a year. No one spoke of “shitty Deku’s” birthday anymore. It was better that way.

Shouta and Naomasa have seen this one homeless kid around for a while, already. And he seems sweet, honestly, because he takes kittens to shelters even though he has very little himself and risks losing even that to do so, and he is clearly so scared but so bright too.And slowly, much to their quiet, hopeful joy, Izuku begins to creep further into their hearts and mind and lives until, they think, he might not leave anymore.

And sometimes... Sometimes he just has to survive. Sometimes he has to be bad and ugly down to the very marrow, sometimes he has to be the sort of person that he doesn't like, but if he wakes up one more day then at least maybe he can be a better person then. (Maybe, one day, he will have someone who loves him, or he will be able to help people, and it will have been worth it.
Izuku, perhaps foolishly, still has hope.)But, today, he might not have to steal. Because there is food left just outside the alley that he has spent the night in.
