Inspired by Pride and Prejudice (book) by Jane Austen
Bakugou Katsuki, the second eldest out of the Bakugou's five sons, finds himself in a predicament when Todoroki Shoto and his party come to Musutafu and lease the U.A manor. n incident with Midoriya Izuku and his awkwardness lead to a misunderstanding that neither are able to get over.
Midoriya finds himself drawn to the second eldest son of the Bakugou family, despite his families objections. Although, from an outsiders point of view, he is seen as introverted and off-putting, making it harder for him to gain Katsuki's attention.

He held his hands to his ears, loud ringing blocking out any of the shouts coming from his classmates. Bakugou and the rest of his class had been training, he got paired up with Shouto and they had gone all out. As Bakugou was about to blast his training partner’s face, he had made the stupid move of accidently slipping on a piece of half melted ice. His blast ricocheted straight back into his face. That was the last thing he remembered, the very distant sound of classmates shouting, the smell of burnt flesh, the taste of iron in his mouth before he collapsed onto the floor.

He knew he was worthless when his quirk came in at 4 years old, and rather than celebrating, his mother cried.
“How am I meant to take care of you,” she screamed between sobs, “when I know you could destroy everything you touch?”He knew he was worthless when he was 7 years old and he broke his mothers most expensive vase. She slapped him across the face and said it herself.
“Katsuki!” She hissed. “You worthless little piece of shit!”Up until he was 11, though, the thought had simply been in the back of his mind.

His father just wanted to “blow off some steam.”
He “didn’t mean anything by it.”
Or at least that’s what he told him the morning after.
But Katsuki knew. He knew it meant something.
He knew from the bruises on his body in places bruises shouldn’t be. He knew from the steady ache between his legs that didn’t leave for days. He knew from the blood staining his sheets. And he knew from the way that no matter how hard he tried, for some reason, he couldn’t cry.
He knew that he was worthless.
