Summary
Potter is utterly livid. He turns on himself, but stops at the door’s skirt. There’s a beat of silence and Draco doesn’t look, clamps his eyes shut, holds his breath. Potter says it on an exhale, so that it rings true and honest and crystal clear to Draco’s ears.
“You’re not worth it, anyway.”
It’s another blow to the head, a contravention with Draco’s name on it, a new poison to be served at breakfast. Draco doesn’t think he could shrink into himself any further if he tried. Potter walks away and he must be halfway gone already when Draco hears him say, low and resentful, in a manner that reminds him of his own father.
“Your father said: forgive me.”

Draco Malfoy está cansado, lo mejor que le puede pasar es abandonar este mundo de una manera u otra, el problema, nunca pidió regresar en el tiempo, vivir al lado de todos sus fantasmas y claro, repetir su muy horrible rivalidad con el niño que vivió.
Y no tiene por qué hacerlo, está vez, se alejaría de todo y todos no cumpliría su papal en la trama horrible del destino, quiere una vida tranquila, aunque el resto del mundo no piense lo mismo.

Aquel en el que Draco es regresado en el tiempo y cree que su existencia es irrelevante para el futuro del mundo mágico, decide apartarse y ni siquiera tener el más mínimo acercamiento con el trío dorado, específicamente cierto niño adorable de ojos verdes, pero nuevas amistades, y viejas enemistades lo arrastran una y otra vez a una historia de la que ya no quiere hacer parte.
