Summary
Steve can't believe his luck when he overhears some tourists talk about the man they saw at the Captain America exhibit, the one that looked so much like Bucky Barnes. But when he rushes to the Smithsonian, the only thing he accomplishes is to chase Bucky away.
If returning to the museum the next day is sheer folly, what Steve does when Bucky shows up again is beyond insane.
(In Steve's defence, he doesn't actually expect to get away with switching places with his mannequin.)
