In order to understand what’s so great about raising a kid, Dazai chooses Atsushi, not realizing he doesn’t know the first thing about raising kids, except Akutagawa but he doesn’t count.
Let’s see how he will fair in raising a traumatized orphan with abandonment issues while juggling his role as a Mafioso, getting Chuuya and Mori off his back, and oh look, Atsushi turned into a Tiger. How lovely.

Summary
At the age of eight, a boy was picked up off the floor of an orphanage, rescued from an earthbound hell. He said farewell to the life he had known: one of cold bricks, filthy rags, god-fearing priests, and fitted restraints. He was given the family name of the man that would become his father.
Ten years later, and Shibusawa Atsushi has survived an entirely different kind of hell, in which his father is obsessed with his ability. He's been trapped in a tiger cage with a human heart, and he's had enough. He's going to kill himself.
The only thing is, he can't do it himself. He needs help, and rumor has it, there's a certain suicidal-maniac residing in Yokohama who might be able to grant him his wish. Unfortunately for Atsushi, Dazai Osamu is not in the business of assisting in the suicides of teenagers, and instead, he offers the boy a different take on life--one in which he learns to call Yokohama, home.
