There is a lot of intrigue in regards to Deku's unnatural quirk.
Update 8/20/2016 - This fic is in a semi-hiatus not because of block, but because of IRL duties. It was not my intention to cut the story short (near a cliffhanger no less) but my attentions are fully focused on my job atm. Sorry about that. Tentative update probably on September. Izuku has the power to charge and temporarily Upgrade other people's quirks. Example: Nezu would gain almost omniscient intelligence for a short period of time and All Might and stay in his Hero Form indefinitely as long as Izuku was charging him.
His quirk is considered to be a national class treasure. If Izuku puts enough effort, he could permanently upgrade someone else's quirk, something that would take years or even decades of training to normally achieve.
