    Without a second thought, he shoved the egg into his hair. His green strands reacted immediately, wrapping around the freezing shell with practiced ease, cocooning the egg like a second skin, clinging, cradling, shielding—

    It’s weird, really weird, you know, having his brothers in his bunker. It’s even weirder having them stay in the rooms he built for them. Which he had to quickly clean out before showing it to them. Thirteen year old Branch had trashed them and left a multitude of letters, notes, and drawings for them… which were about dying.. yeah hopefully he got them all out of the room.

     

    Or branch had a breakdown and his brothers apologize and comfort him.
