Summary
A lot of my TMBD fanfiction links together and here I have put them together in a mostly chronological recommended reading list. Most of this is canon-compliant Gen until you get to the Murderathin (MB/Gurathin) stories near the end, after Skulk. That's also where you'll find the only bits out of chronological order, with a couple stories from Gurathin's youth that inform the growing relationship between them.

Summary
AU where Gurathin was a company technician who specialized in repair of constructs who had problems the cubicle couldn't fix. These were primarily mental issues, which is how he got Murderbot, who was not nearly as good at being an undetected rogue as it imagined.
Gurathin freed it but was captured in the process, tortured, and turned into a semi-expendable spy. Murderbot escaped, had Artificial Condition adventures with ART, then returned to find and free Gurathin. It found him, but he was addicted. They made a bargain with Preservation for them to do their best to help him survive the withdrawal.
Mix of book and tv show materials.

Summary
A series of short stories to the prompt: pre-canon but post-hack, Murderbot is owned and deployed by the Company. Emphasis on it facing painful, difficult choices, where it has to “choose” to obey, has to “choose” to act governed Or Else, where Murderbot has to look like it’s following callous, cruel, or profit-oriented orders, but still does what it can to reduce harm.
Please note that given the constraints of the prompt, Murderbot continues working, doesn't gain substantial allies or abilities, or make big changes in the world. Its gains are incremental and mainly self-discovery, so there's not a big, happy ending like with most of my fics. Murderbot is still learning some of the abilities it takes for granted by the time we meet it in ASR, including hacking, vocabulary, and social skills (yes, it has fewer social skills here than it does in ASR!)
These scenarios are arranged chronologically with several set within the same assignment, taking place within the first year after it hacks the governor module. I imagine these as incidents it discusses with Dr. Bharadwaj at some point post-NE, as it talks about early times when it recognized its own agency.

Summary
This is The Force Awakens redone with hardcore porn scenes, non-consensual, dubiously consensual, and fully consensual sex; hentai, homosexual and heterosexual pairings, casual sex and true love, a few kinks, and all the orifices. It's a bunch of lusty pairings, improbable sex, people pining after one another, betrayals in the name of getting it on, make-up sex, hate-sex, and miscellaneous fuckery. It is porn, or at least what I consider to be porn. Characters may have their characterizations tweaked in the name of porn, because they sure weren’t this sexual in a Disney movie (subtext is another matter).
I have dropped some relationship tags when the primary character of the chapter is banging person A but pining after person B.
