Summary

When the disassembly drones arrived, many lost their families and loved ones. To protect the worker's kind, Khan - the colony leader - and a small committee of drones implanted a special chip on the motherboard of every pill baby born inside the bunker, and every year a generation of those drones turns 19, their chip comes with an analysis of their whole personality data and finds a perfect match for that drone. Making a new couple to have offspring and keep the worker's numbers going to balance the deceased.
Now, after two of the murder machines and a cool, angsty teen worker saved the galaxy, there's no need for the matching to continue! Or so Uzi thought. It turns out that everyone in the bunker considers it a tradition.

Summary
Two soldiers from both sides leaving the front hardly made a dent in the continuing war underground. Thousands still perish every day in this damned domain. Yet Megan and Joan have successfully fled from the violence. Traveling to the caverns beneath England, they seek jobs in the Solace Coalition to continue their livelihoods. For, tiring and brutal as factory work is, they can now stay together and love one another. Something impossible while in the clutches of the Royal Nation and Golden Empire.
Of course, the pair are far from the only workers in this sprawling Solace facility. And they will have to learn to work with the others in the factories as their relationship develops and they get to know one another.
