Summary
While clearing out an old HYDRA base, Bucky suddenly finds himself trapped in his own past as the Winter Soldier (where he is promptly captured by a 25-year-old Sam Wilson and his partner, Riley).
Bucky looks at Riley and is hit by a cacophony of thoughts and feelings. He’s never met the man, but he’s studied his file. “You’re going to die in two years and …three months, I think,” he tells the airman. Riley looks so young with his round cheeks and faint freckles. “You’ll be shot out of the air by an RPG and Sam won’t be able to do anything to save you. I’m sorry. Maybe you can avoid it… but probably not. That's not… not how time works.”
Riley goes pale, but Sam’s face goes from neutral to hostile. When Bucky opens his mouth again, Sam snaps, “Enough with the prophecies, Cassandra. Either say something useful or I’ll shoot you in the other lung.”

“You’re gonna have to come in eventually,” says Sam, then he takes a deep breath and steps away from Barnes, back towards the club. “But it doesn’t have to be now.” Barnes’ eyes widen, and he goes utterly still. “I’ve got some conditions though, if I’m gonna let you go.”
A year after the helicarriers go down, Sam finds not the Winter Soldier, but Bucky Barnes, who's trying his best to live and not just survive while on the run. Sam finds him and keeps finding him, and eventually, Sam finds himself too.
An alternate take on canon where Sam and Bucky have been secretly meeting up since after CATWS.

And then he noticed Cody’s newest tattoo. He, too, had gotten the Order’s sigil over his heart, and most of it was 212th gold, but where the starburst would normally be, he’d modified it. That looked like a crystal—kyber—radiating blue that was so very, very close to the color of Obi-Wan’s ‘saber, and he didn’t— He couldn’t— Force.
He snuck another glance at Cody’s latest tattoo, gaze sticking on the kyber in the center of it. He knew that Cody was well aware of the mechanics of lightsabers as well as their symbolism and the connection between a Jedi and their ‘saber; Obi-Wan had acknowledged all of that when he processed Cody deciding to have the hilt of his ‘saber permanently etched into his skin. And he knew that that connection was thanks to the kyber, the bond between them making it a reflection of their very souls, and Cody had— He’d put that right over his heart.
Or: Cody and Obi-Wan’s story as told through their tattoos.

For CodyWan Week, Day 2 - Obi-Wan as Dooku's Padawan
“You know, Count,” he said, “not that I’m displeased, but I do have to wonder why you’ve kept me alive—perhaps the real reason is to use me as bait. Perhaps you’re waiting for my General to come to my rescue.” Dooku tilted his head the slightest bit, but didn’t respond, his face still schooled into a mostly-blank mask, though it leaned more towards pleasant interest than true neutrality.
“He won’t come,” Cody said. “He shouldn’t come, and he knows that.”
“I believe,” Dooku said, “that he may yet surprise you.”
Cody wakes up a guest in Dooku's castle. It goes… not quite as he’d expected it to.
