Summary
Sam hears a small voice in the doorway say, “We need to talk.”
He looks up to see Fred leaning there watching him—he looks tired and anxious. Sam wants to go to him and wrap him in his arms, but he feels all courage and resolve drain straight out of him. He quips, “Those are the four scariest words in the English language. What’s up, babycakes?”
“Sam, please, I’m serious. I didn’t dream it, did I?”
“What?”
“Did you kiss me?”

Summary
Sam doesn’t ask, he tells Fred he’s sleeping in his bed. As soon as the lights are off, Sam holds him the same way he hugged him earlier that night. Not minding anatomy. Which limbs need to be where. When he thinks Fred’s fallen asleep, Sam cries. Fred feels his sobs vibrate against him. It’s almost as if he’s crying himself.
Just the show, basically. But Fredded.
