Peter wakes up after he got snapped, lungs burning as he realized he was drowning- drowning? No- no he died. He feels like hes dying again, but it hurts 𝘸𝘢𝘺 more this time, his spider tingle is going crazy, he feels like hes burning, there's liquid in his lungs!
He has to get up. Peter. Get up!
His hand find purchase on something- a rock, he thinks, pulling hard, he finds he can breath again, barely, though, hes coughing, he can't see! His eyes are slimed over with green, hes angry, he's- what? Oh. He broke the rock-
"Hey!"
His head spun around- he could of sworn he had less vision before, everything is so loud!

Basically...
Peter get snapped and ends up, alive, feeling like crap, in a different body, different universe, assassin run building with a small demon child trying to interrogate him around every corner, then a bat kidnaps him.

Dawn of a warm windy night in America’s Arizonan the absolute middle of nowhere sat a tall albino boy. Next to said boy was a bow and a few arrows. The bow was a silver color and the arrows seemingly made of willow. In his hand was a manga, a pile of others in his lap. He stood up and put the books in the satchel on his side, picking up and putting the Arrows and bow on his back as well, and strode off to an unknown destination.
At full height the boy would have been 190.5 centimeters, but he walked with a slouch so he was a few centimeters shorter than that.

He stared like Jason had just announced he was a priest now.Tim gets transported to another dimension… again, but this time it’s different. At first, he hopes it’s maybe a mirror of his reality, but the longer he looks, the clearer it becomes: it’s worse. Every familiar landmark is… well, the same actually— but every face he recognizes carries a different version of themselves. The rules of reality feel broken, and everyone is driving him mad. This dimension isn’t just strange—it’s hell. Because why does everyone insist he needs coffee?!

Tim sputters.
"You threw a bee at him?"
...
He is halfway home, later, when he realizes.
Batman and Robin have been facing off against some sort of meta criminal who can control bees.
The kid who keeps bees in his backpack is Damian Wayne.
Robin.
And he's kind of an asshole.OR
When Damian joins the Wayne family early, there are consequences. While Jason lives, Tim's parents both are murdered overseas and he is left alone - for now.
