Summary
Aventurine smiles, the knot in his chest loosening at his looks at his rut-stricken lover. He’s not dying, he’s just really fucking horny. Aventurine wants to laugh, but he knows it's a cruel thing to do to the man who still doesn’t know what’s afflicting him.
He carefully starts to walk forward. “Kakavasha, I told you to stay away,” Ratio says.
Aventurine ignores him, knowing that the man desperately craves for him to be closer. “Veritas,” Aventurine says in a soft voice. He leans in, caressing the side of Ratio’s face. Ratio instinctively leans in, immediately forgetting his need to protect his partner. “You’re not dying, and you can’t hurt me.”
Aventurine leans in and presses his nose to Ratio’s neck, breathing in his scent. He didn’t need to, as soon as he took a single step forward he was overwhelmed by Ratio’s rut, but the whimper that escapes his lover makes it worth it. He flicks out his tongue, kitten licking Ratio’s swollen glands.
Ratio takes in a startled breath that tapers out into a moan. “I’m…I’m in rut,” Ratio groans, leaning onto Aventurine.

Summary
Veritas, very gently, places a hand on the front of Aventurine’s pants. “Did that excite you?”
He half expects Aventurine to fumble his words or not reply at all, but instead, he says, “An incredibly hot fish man just licked blood from my torso. How else would I react?” He says it like Veritas is the fool for thinking it wouldn’t.
“You find me to be good looking, then?”
This is what he decides to focus on.
“As a person with a working pair of eyes, yes. Definitely.”
“I do not scare you?”
“You scare the fuck out of me,” Aventurine explains and Veritas is only a little confused with how human minds work, “but that is why you’re hot. And it helps that your body’s build would have gym bros on their knees.”

Spit flew from Valentio’s mouth as he yelled those words, Angel’s face moved for emphasis every time.

Valentino brought Angel’s face even closer to his, making Angel’s feet unsteady beneath him.

События берут начало где-то с середины 4 тома и идут в хронологическом порядке.
Также тут присутствуют много моментов, объясняющих и дополняющих недосказанности и белые пятна оригинала. (Как Се Лянь вознесся в третий раз? Что происходило в его жизни в те 800 лет? и многое другое). Помимо этого автор свел вместе вселенные Небожителей и Магистра, поэтому здесь присутствует много отсылок. И также есть небольшое количество отсылок к Системе. Но все сделано очень органично и идеально дополняет канон.
