Summary
What would happen, if Cauldron didn’t mated Rhys with Feyre but instead with an Illyrian girl, which he would save from the camp like his father saved his mother?
This story provides you with a great deal of fluff between Rhys and Darcy. It follows somehow the plot of the original series, but it’s changed as the story progresses thanks to the different protagonist as she has her own impact on the whole plot.
I’m aiming to discover different sides of the characters we all know and love. How they would interact with someone that is not Feyre as Rhys’ mate. How would the Prythian look like and face the challenges.
The story begins with Darcy and Rhys already mated, to speed things up a little. If you want to read through their first interactions then please visit the first book of this series where I wrote just that.
Characters might feel off, even though I tried to keep them as true to themselves as possible. All characters originally found in canon are property of the most amazing author of fantasy, one and only, ours truly, Sarah J. Maas.

The summary of the first book explains a lot, like for example how this whole thingy thing is free take on this wonderful canon, Rhys has OG character mate and all of that.
You don’t need to read this to understand the main book, this is just to spoil you rotten as a little bonus.
-This was supposed to be only one chapter, but I realised there are a lot of first times I managed to steal away from you all in the main book. Like their literal FIRST TIME, or Darcy meeting IC for the first time and so on. I will add chapters there as time will progress, but the main book is priority.-
All the characters and stuff like that in canon belongs to one and only, all time favourite, deeply respected and admired, Sarah J. Maas.
