After failing his latest psych evaluation, Agent Stone finds himself pulled from almost a decade in the international field and placed on domestic babysitting duty for an eccentric scientist who makes it very clear that Stone could either walk away right now or else quit in a bodybag. Well, Stone has never been a quitter and what begins as a war of attrition over some HR forms slowly morphs into a functional(?) working relationship and the beginnings of a deeply unprofessional crush on his boss. That is, right up until the government comes up with a plan B to get rid of them both.

He let his thumb brush the big red, button on top of the device. “I press this button, and the whole building goes-“ he made popping sound with his lips, and an explosion gesture with his free hand.
Walter’s huffed a laugh, “You can’t be serious, Robotnik! All this over one little agent?” he shook his head and cooed patronizingly. “I’ll get you a new one.”
Robotnik leaned over the desk, thumb on the button as he snarled. “Tell me where you sent my agent, or this entire building is going boom.”
