Tsukauchi Naomasa never expected a phone call from a twelve-year-old child who’d been kidnapped by villains. Who was still in the hands of villains. But he’d be damned if he let this kid die.
A fic about Izuku being kidnapped by the LoV, but staying on the phone with Tsukauchi, Eraserhead, and Present Mic the whole time.

“Okay, new system.” Tokoyami says. “What if we got rid of all the quirk classification in general and just let people use their quirks how they want as long as they don’t hurt people?”
“Then we wouldn’t have careers.” Todoroki said.
“We aren’t arresting grandmas on the street for using light telekinesis or moms healing their kid’s bruises, we’re arresting criminal acts committed with quirks.” Midoriya said.
“Yeah but we have permission to use our quirks to stop said criminals- If we gave everyone permission to use quirks as they seem fit, then what would be the point of the police and hero system?” Iida pointed out.
“Okay, then let’s just go into police work. The police are now heroes- but then what about heroes who have a look and rapport with the public? Or merch lines? Or who fair better in non combative situations?” Midoriya argued.
“Don’t Americans have something like that?”
“I don’t trust american cops or heroes,” Bakugou gruffled. “They kill a disproportionate amount of mutants every year.”
“True dat.” Iida said.
“How did Midoriya going blind put us on the topic of quirk supremacy?” Kouda signed.
"He's not blind, dicknips!"

Shouta took the papers without a word. Mostly standard: release forms, clearance, a summary of his work history signed off by his boss.
Then he noticed them. Tucked between the documents. A stack of letters, worn around the edges. His name scrawled across the front in different handwriting.
Fan mail.
He raised an eyebrow. “What’s this?” he asked to be sure, holding up the letters.
She glanced down, then gave a dismissive wave. “Oh, those? Fan mail. Mostly from one person. We don’t know how they got the address. But it’s underground division policy; No public interaction, so we kept them.”
His grip tightened slightly.
“You kept my mail?”

Midoriya was a Eraserhead Fanboy from the start and wrote him letters since he was a child, but he never got them. Now that he quit he finally found out and will read them all.
