Summary
Shame rears its ugly head, grounding his thoughts. He doesn't want to be seen like this, caught in such a pitiful, unmanly state. Tremors wreck his frame as he gnaws on the inside of his cheek. The scent grows warmer as it encroaches closer. Kirishima instinctively strengthens his own scent to match, but not in challenge like other alphas would. Instead, his scent carries a confession he's not ready to face, something that even catches the doctor's attention as she sniffs the air and studies him in her peripheral. He needs to suppress it quick, but the charred aroma continues to crowd him, turning his breath ragged and siphoning his control. He groans in frustration, heat burning hotter beneath his flesh. Before he can even try its already too late.

Summary
After a mission gone sideways in the snowy mountains, Soap is left as the sole survivor from their helicopter crash. Alone, injured, and in the middle of a blizzard, he desperately needs to find shelter and supplies before the cold takes him out.
As he tries to regain his bearings and think of his next steps, he hears a weird, insistent clicking noise off into the distance. Against his better judgment, he limps toward it, a spark of hope rising in his chest that maybe one of his teammates survived the crash after all.
Only, when he reaches the source of the noise, it's not his teammate at all. It's not even human.
Dark, ridged horns, huge inky black wings, and eyes that blazed gold as the creature stares him in the eye.
What stands before him is a massive, dragon-hybrid.
