Summary
Reid, and the rest of the team agree to meet Cat's request - for her and Reid to attend one last date night, after all they'd been through together in Entropy and Red Light. Things diverge from the known when instead of involving Max in her plans, Cat takes Reid up on his offer of seeing his apartment, and the two of them find it empty.
Complications for the team arise not long after - a trick Cat played on Reid a while ago might just end up coming true, only in a different way.

His offer to teach Potter Occlumency ends in a fight that leaves them both hurt and angry, but a certain snake-perspective vision and Umbridge's unique punishments push them back together.
Recognizing that neither wants to lose the other, Harry and Snape both strive to repair their trust.

One of those fanfictions you wished were real life stories and you were part of them. Captivating, exhilarating, angsty af, intelligent and witty, and arousing so much affection for the respective characters it nearly bursts the unsuspecting heart. And awesome language skills. A must to have been read for every Severitus fan in a lifetime. Or a HP fan in general.
