“Didn’t sound like it,” came Wolffe’s blasé reply from the doorway. His arms were crossed, the scratched greys worn on white plastoid were almost pointed and insistent, some kind of blasted tactic to gang up on him with Rex’s blues from where he stood near him.
Even if there wasn’t any sort of foreboding insistence to overwhelm him, Gregor took it as a chance to fix one mullish scowl at him.
Wolffe drilled his bionic eye back on Gregor. “You could’ve just told me you needed help. I would’ve gotten you out with Rex and have you settled in faster.”
“I’m fine,” Gregor huffed, already putting both vambrace and hand guards to the side to start on his rerebrace. “Worse things have happened.”
With the foreboding presence of the Empire breathing down their necks, there is comfort for those who seek it.

There was a snort from the cubicle. Nax didn’t look up as he cobbled Coric’s dejarik piece with his own, a small and shrill screech jumping from the holotable. “I’m sure.”
They were trying to rile Jango up. Perhaps it would have been worse if all of them were here. Perhaps he would have been more successful in not biting that bait if he could have actually acted as if this interrogation wasn’t bothering him as much as it should have been.
Hard to, when he swore it was as if they just knew what exactly he was hiding behind his back.
Jango eyed Nax carefully, one hand still wrapped around the too-warm surface of the mug. “Care to explain?”
